Due to the nature of second-hand occult artifacts and ritual implements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, unexpected results, or subjective experiences. If an item arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. In those cases, we will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer to issue a refund. We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered after delivery.
